MY JOURNEY AND PHILOSOPHY
I’m a yoga instructor, intuitive healer, and lifelong student of the body, mind, and energy. My journey began with Vinyasa yoga, and over time, my teaching evolved into something more intuitive — a space where movement, stillness, and emotion meet.
Without planning it, my Yin classes naturally became spaces where something deeper could unfold — beyond movement, into presence. Often, people would stay after class to share that something had shifted for them — something they hadn’t even known they were holding. A quiet release, a sense of being seen, a deep exhale.
Even simple, intuitive adjustments seemed to land exactly where they were needed. People would sometimes ask, “How did you know?” — and honestly, I didn’t. I’ve just always felt the body in an intuitive way, as if it speaks in silence.
As a first-decan Taurus, I’m deeply sensitive and grounded. I’ve never tried to guide anyone to an emotional experience — I simply hold space and listen, without needing words. What happens in that space isn’t mine to claim — it moves through me, quietly and gently.
I later pursued short certifications — not to learn how to teach, but to honor my way of teaching and hold space more confidently. I’ve since expanded into Pilates (mat and reformer), sound healing with crystal bowls, and somatic practices. I’m also constantly learning — crystals, somatics, energy work — because each path I walk enriches not just me, but everyone who steps into my classes.
My sessions blend the physical with the emotional and energetic — whether you come to stretch, heal, or simply breathe, you’ll be welcomed as you are.

Yoga is much more than a physical practice. It's a path to balance, inner peace, and deep connection with yourself. Through postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation, yoga invites us to harmonize body and mind.
Each session is an opportunity to reconnect with what's essential, to cultivate presence, and to explore your own limits with kindness. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, yoga welcomes you as you are, without judgment.

Healing, or holistic healing, is an approach that considers the human being as a whole. Through various energetic and meditative techniques, we work to release emotional and energetic blockages that can hinder our well-being.
Each session is a unique inner journey, guided with kindness and respect for your rhythm. Healing invites you to reconnect with your inner wisdom and your natural capacity for self-healing, to rediscover harmony and vitality.

Pilates is a physical training method that strengthens deep muscles, improves posture, balance, and flexibility. Developed by Joseph Pilates, this practice emphasizes concentration, precision, and breathing.
Each movement is executed with awareness and control, creating harmony between body and mind. Pilates is accessible to everyone, regardless of your age or physical condition, and offers lasting benefits for your health and well-being.
